Your home data stays yours

This policy explains how Economos handles information when you use our website and our app. The short version: your data belongs to you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we use it only to run the service you signed up for.

Account data: when you create an account we store your email address and authentication credentials. Your email is used to sign you in, to sync your data across devices, and to send you essential service messages such as password resets.

Content you create: expenses, budgets, pantry items, tasks and the spaces you share with your household are stored encrypted in transit and at rest, and are visible only to the members you invite. Shared spaces are private to your household.

Payments: paid plans are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; we only keep record of your subscription status.

Your choices: you can export your data or delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, except where we are legally required to keep it (such as basic invoicing records).
